How EventRent.ai works
EventRent.ai is a booking agent. We don't own trucks or chairs. We work with vetted rental companies in each city, list their inventory under one roof, and earn a commission from the partner on every booking. You pay the partner's own retail price.
1. Describe your event
Tell the agent your date, city or venue address, guest count, whether you're indoors or outdoors, and what you need. Paste a list from a planner, a spreadsheet or ChatGPT and it will match every line to a real item.
2. Get a live quote
The quote only contains items that are in stock with a partner who delivers to your city. It shows the retail price per item, delivery, setup and pickup, optional damage protection, sales tax and one all-in total. The ratings you see on each line are the delivering partner's real Google and WeddingWire ratings.
3. We confirm every item in writing
When you request a booking we ask each partner to confirm availability. You are never charged until every item is confirmed. If something is unavailable we propose a substitute from another partner and ask you to approve it first.
4. Deposit, balance and delivery
Once confirmed you receive a secure payment link for a 50% deposit. The balance is due 14 days before your event. You'll get text and email updates with your delivery window the day before, and again when the truck is on its way.
Changes, price locks and damage
Lock a quote's price for 48 hours with no payment. Change items, quantities or guest count for free until 14 days before your event. Optional damage protection (10% of the rental subtotal) covers accidental damage; if you decline it we keep a card on file for verified damage with photo evidence and advance notice.

Items, delivery, setup, pickup and sales tax in a single total. No fees added at checkout.
Same price as booking direct
Every quote uses each rental company's own retail price. You never pay more for the convenience.
Nothing charged until confirmed
We confirm every item with the partner in writing before we ask for a deposit.
